本文作了中国人颅骨翼区的研究共739例(即1478侧),其中未成年颅骨72例,成年颅骨667例(男486,女181)。根据收集的地点,分为南昌、成都和南京三组。观察的结果如下: 1.翼区类型以蝶顶缝类出现最多,占77.94±1.08%,翼上骨类次之占19.22±1.02%,颞额缝类较少占2.03±0.36%,K类最少只有0.81±0.23%。在蝶顶缝类中,以宽H型出现最多,占57.98±1.28%。除翼上骨类未成年多于成年,N型男多于女,其它各类型的年龄差、性别差、侧差和地区差均不显著。 2.翼上骨的类型,以单翼上骨出现最多,占82.04±2.28%;双翼上骨次之,占15.14±2.12%;多翼上骨最少,占2.82±0.92%。在单翼上骨中,以后翼上骨最多,典型翼上骨次之,前翼上骨又次之,上、下翼上骨则没有发现。在双翼上骨中,以连接型出现较多。在多翼上骨中,作者只发现有连接型,没有观察到分离型和混合型。 3.翼区中点的位置,是在额颧缝后方30.1±0.30毫米及其上方11.7±0.27毫米或基底线上方37.7±0.31毫米之处。 4.脑膜中动脉前支骨管的出现率占60.83±2.75%。骨管通过翼区中点者最多,占44.27±2.80%,位于其下方者次之,位于其后方者又次之,位于其前方者最少。
In this paper, we made a total of 739 cases (1478 sides) of Chinese skull wing area, including 72 cases of underage skull and 667 adult skull (male 486, female 181).
