目的:建立测定丹参提取物中钠元素含量的方法。方法:采用硝酸为消解体系,经微波消解丹参提取物样品,通过电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定钠元素含量,为校正响应信号的变化及消除基体效应和仪器漂移的影响,选用铬元素作为内标溶液。结果:钠元素在0.00~10.00 mg.L-1具有良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9),以杨树叶为工作标准物质测定回收率,平均回收率90.4%,RSD 3.8%(n=6)。结论:该方法稳定性、重复性、精密度良好,可用于测定丹参提取物中钠元素的含量。
Objective: To establish a method for determination of sodium in Salvia miltiorrhiza extract. Methods: Nitric acid was used as digestion system. The sample of Salvia miltiorrhiza was digested with microwave. The content of sodium was determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). To correct the change of response signal and eliminate the influence of substrate effect and instrument drift, Chromium as an internal standard solution. Results: The linear range of sodium was 0.00 ~ 10.00 mg.L-1 (r = 0.999 9). The average recoveries of 90.4% and RSD of poplar leaves were 3.8% (n = 6) . Conclusion: The method is stable, reproducible and accurate. It can be used to determine the content of sodium in Salvia miltiorrhiza extract.
