数据显示,在国内,咨询项目的成功率不高,尤其是咨询项目后期的落地性,即方案实施非常不理想。究其原因有很多,最关键的是传统咨询模式是以交付方案或者咨询报告为咨询项目结尾。而客户恰恰希望咨询公司不仅仅以提交方案和咨询报告作为结束,而是希望该咨询方案有效落地,真正实现项目咨询之前的项目目标。这个问题是目前咨询公司遇到最大的业务瓶颈,造成很多咨询项目尾款无法收回。当然,项目成果落地也是客户甲方希望解决的瓶颈。
