氧化皮在淬火时能造成软点,在这一启发下,我们试验成功了一种阻淬剂,其成分为:40%滑石粉,60%水玻璃。在我厂生产的摇臂轴是用20钢无缝钢管制成的,要求中间不淬火,因又细又长,淬火后变形很大,不易校直。后来我们用上述成分的阻淬剂涂在不淬火区。冷却到120~80℃(在盐水中)取出后自回火,不淬火区的硬度在HRC30~40,淬火区的硬度为HRC62以上。这样既达到了图纸要求,又解决了校直困难的问题。
Oxide skin can cause soft spots during quenching. Under this inspiration, we successfully tested a quenching agent with 40% talc and 60% water glass. Rocker shaft produced in our plant is made of 20 seamless steel pipe, requiring no quenching in the middle, because of the fine and long, large deformation after quenching, not easy to align. Later, we use the above composition of the quenching agent coated in the quenching zone. After cooling to 120 ~ 80 ℃ (in brine) after the self-tempering, quenching zone hardness HRC30 ~ 40, quenching zone hardness HRC62 or more. This will not only meet the requirements of drawings, but also solve the problem of straightening difficulties.
