人本管理观自提出以来,就受到了管理学界的广泛关注,对于我国科学化管理的完善起到了重要的推动作用,给我国诸多的社会管理实践也带来了深刻的启示。但是,人本管理观在公安队伍建设中的运用仍欠缺研究。论文以人本管理观为视角,针对反恐背景下新疆公安民警生存状态的相关问题进行了探讨和分析,结合当前工作过程中出现的一些现象,特别是针对与以人为本理念相悖,不尊重基层民警意愿,侵害到他们合法权益的行为,就如何以人本管理观促进新疆公安队伍建设发展为加强对民警的权利的重视和人格尊严的保护,提出了建议和意见。
Since the man-made management concept was put forward, it has been widely concerned by the management circles, which has played an important role in promoting the scientific management in our country and has also brought profound inspiration to many social management practices in our country. However, the application of humanistic management in the construction of police ranks is still lacking in research. Based on the perspective of people-oriented management, the paper discusses and analyzes the related problems of the existence of policemen in Xinjiang in the context of anti-terrorism. Combining with some phenomena in the current work process, especially against the idea of people-oriented, , Infringed upon their legitimate rights and interests, and put forward suggestions and opinions on how to promote the construction and development of public security forces in Xinjiang with the concept of people-based management as the emphasis on strengthening the rights of civilian police and the protection of human dignity.
