近年研究发现,营养不良的病人出现血清生长激素(growth hormone,GH)升高,胰岛素样生长因子1(insulin-like growth factor-1,IGF-1)减低,即GH抵抗。本文就GH抵抗的产生机制及如何改善营养不良GH抵抗作一阐述。大量临床数据显示,营养不良病人存在GH-IGF-1轴紊乱现象。GH为蛋白质激素,由下丘脑腺垂体嗜酸性细胞分泌,有高度种属特异性。GH和IGF-1可促进机体蛋白质合成,而GH功能的发挥则通过GH受体(GHR)和IGF-1的作用来实现;其中GHR是含620个氨基酸残基的跨膜糖蛋
Recent studies have found that patients with malnutrition appear elevated serum growth hormone (GH), insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) decreased, that GH resistance. This article elaborated on the mechanism of GH resistance and how to improve GH malnutrition. A large number of clinical data show dystrophic patients have GH-IGF-1 axis disorder.
