目的:建立不同产地和品种吴茱萸药材的高效液相色谱指纹图谱,并同时测定吴茱萸碱、吴茱萸次碱和柠檬苦素3种主要成分的含量。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,Agilent Eclipse C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),乙腈-[四氢呋喃-0.02%磷酸水溶液(13∶65)]梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长220 nm,采用国家药典委员会“中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统(2004A)”处理分析,建立了不同产地和品种吴茱萸药材的HPLC指纹图谱,并同时测定3种主要成分的含量。结果:24批药材的HPLC指纹图谱共标定了15个共有峰,不同产地、不同品种药材指纹图谱相似度差异不大,但3种主要成分含量差异较大。结论:该方法准确可靠,重复性好,指纹图谱结合含量测定可以更好地控制吴茱萸药材的质量。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a HPLC fingerprint of Evodia rutaecarpa from different habitats and varieties, and determine the contents of three major components of evodiamine, rutaecarpine and limonoid simultaneously. Methods: The mobile phase was eluted with a gradient of acetonitrile - [tetrahydrofuran - 0.02% phosphoric acid (13:65)] on an Agilent Eclipse C18 column (4.6 mm × 150 mm, 5 μm) -1 and the detection wavelength was 220 nm. HPLC fingerprint of Evodia rutaecarpa from different areas and varieties was established by the National Pharmacopoeia Commission “2004A ” evaluation system of chromatographic fingerprints of Chinese traditional medicine, and three main components Content. Results: The HPLC fingerprints of 24 batches of medicinal materials were screened for 15 common peaks. There was no significant difference in the fingerprints of medicinal plants from different origins but different contents of the three main components. Conclusion: The method is accurate and reproducible, with good reproducibility. Fingerprint combined with content determination can better control the quality of Fructus Evodiae.
