通过田间试验,研究了超级杂交稻Y两优1号在不同施氮量(0~225 kg/hm2)处理下各生育时期的碳、氮积累特性及其关系。结果表明,随植株的生长,生物量和碳积累量不断增加,但氮积累主要集中在幼穗分化期以前;在0~225 kg/hm2范围内,随施氮量增加,水稻生长中后期(拔节期—成熟期)植株的生物量及碳、氮积累量均呈增加趋势,而碳氮比呈下降趋势,多项指标与施氮量的相关性均达显著或极显著水平;植株碳、氮含量呈极显著正相关,说明植株对碳、氮的吸收表现为相互促进的关系。
A field experiment was conducted to study the carbon and nitrogen accumulation and their relationship during the growth stages of super hybrid rice Y Liangyou 1 under different N rates (0 ~ 225 kg / hm2). The results showed that with the increasing of plant growth, the accumulation of biomass and carbon increased, but the accumulation of nitrogen mainly concentrated before the young panicle differentiation stage. With the increase of nitrogen application rate in the range of 0 ~ 225 kg / hm2, The plant biomass and carbon and nitrogen accumulation showed a trend of increasing, while the ratio of C and N showed a downward trend, and the correlation between multiple indicators and nitrogen application rate reached significant or extremely significant level. Plant carbon, Nitrogen content showed a very significant positive correlation, indicating that plant carbon and nitrogen absorption showed a mutually reinforcing relationship.
