随着洪水灾害的频繁发生和人口密集程度的加大,受灾区内的安全救生任务非常的艰巨。当洪水灾害突然来袭时,人们往往防不胜防。紧急情况下,得不到及时的救援,这就更为凸显了一个亟待解决的问题——如何让紧急救援工作更高效?开发出体积重量小的轻便安全,功能齐备,可操作性强和稳定耐用的个体救援设备能更好的提高救生效率。综合分析洪灾环境和救援设备的特点,提出个体救援设备的设计策略,研究内容涉及开发的可行性,色彩材料、功能动力和造型结构等方面研究。
