硅橡胶材料以其良好的物理、化学、生物性能在口腔颌面赝复修复和义齿软衬等方面得到了越来越多的应用。因其对组织毒性小,表面呈多孔性,在口腔环境中给微生物的滋生提供了有利条件。微生物特别是白色假丝酵母菌的黏附可加速材料的老化、着色,影响美观,使材料物理性能发生改变,降低材料的使用寿命,甚至导致义齿性口炎的发生,故硅橡胶的抗菌性研究成为近年来国内外学者的研究热点之一。本文将针对硅橡胶义齿软衬和赝复体材料的抗菌性作一综述。
