今年１１月８日正值江泽民总书记《责任重于泰山》重要讲话公开发表五周年纪念日，为贯彻落实讲话精神，进一步提高全民的消防安全意识，《人民日报》特别于１１月７日发表了上海市市长徐匡迪学习江总书记讲话的体会文章。上海市防火安全委员会也于１１月９日前后在全市范围内开展了轰轰烈烈的以纪念江总书记重要讲话发表五周年为主题的“１１９消防日”活动，上海市委常委、副市长韩正在纪念大会上发表了讲话。本刊特此将这两篇文章予以刊登，希望社会各界都能以江总书记重要讲话为指针，进一步提高消防意识和自防自救能力，增强全市防灾御灾的整体素质。
November 8 this year coincided with the fifth anniversary of General Secretary Jiang Zemin’s important speech on Taishan being made public. In order to implement the spirit of the speech and further raise the awareness of fire safety among the people, the People’s Daily was released on November 7 Shanghai Mayor Xu Kuangdi learned General Secretary Jiang’s speech. Shanghai Municipality Fire Safety Committee also held a vigorous “119 Fire Day” activity on the theme of Commemorating the 5th anniversary of General Secretary Jiang’s speech delivered around the city on or about November 9, in commemoration of Han Zheng, vice mayor of Shanghai Municipal Party Committee The conference delivered a speech. We hereby publish these two articles here, and hope all walks of life can use General Secretary Jiang’s important speech as a guideline to further raise awareness of fire prevention and self-defense and self-help capability and enhance the overall quality of disaster prevention and disaster relief throughout the city.
