研究目的:尝试在软土地基处理进程中取代强夯产生的动载荷的新方法。研究方法:本文通过宁启铁路线DK 172+000~DK 172+200段软土路基现场试验,对比分析爆炸法和堆载预压法处理饱和软土地基的固结效果。通过地表沉降、全断面沉降、侧向位移的现场观测结果分析,获得了爆炸后软土地基的沉降规律。研究结果:证明了爆炸法可以达到软土地基加固处理的效果,并且地表沉降速率加快,有利于缩短软基固结处理时间。研究结论:文中提出爆炸动力固结法处理软土地基的工艺过程,并对爆炸法和强夯法等动力固结处理软土地基的作用机制进行了比较分析,理论上推断爆炸法比较适宜对深层软土地基的加固处理。
The purpose of the study is to try a new method to replace the dynamic load generated by dynamic compaction in the process of soft soil foundation treatment. Research methods: In this paper, the soft soil subgrade tests of DK 172 + 000 ~ DK 172 + 200 in Ningqi railway line are carried out to compare the consolidation effect of saturated soft soil foundation with blasting method and surcharge preloading method. Through the analysis of on-the-spot observation results of surface settlement, total section settlement and lateral displacement, the settlement law of soft soil foundation after explosion was obtained. The research results show that the explosion method can achieve the effect of soft soil foundation consolidation treatment, and the surface subsidence rate is accelerated, which is beneficial to shortening the soft foundation consolidation treatment time. Research conclusions: In this paper, the explosive dynamic consolidation method for the treatment of soft soil foundation process, and the explosion method and dynamic consolidation method of dynamic consolidation of soft soil foundation for a comparative analysis of mechanism, in theory, inferred that the explosion method is more appropriate Reinforcement of Deep Soft Soil Foundation.
