The OECD Composite Leadership Index released by the OECD shows that the economies of the OECD member countries as a whole have stabilized and the operation of the major global economies has clearly differentiated. In 2012, the world economy still maintained an unstable and uneven recovery pattern in its structural adjustment. The global economic growth slowed down further due to geopolitical and natural disasters and various risk factors. Most agencies lowered earlier expectations of world economic growth. In October 2012, the International Monetary Fund predicted that the world economic growth in 2012 would be 3.3%, a drop of 0.5 percentage point from 2011. Developed and emerging economies The growth rate of the economy has dropped from the previous year, indicating that the global economy can not get rid of the impact of the financial crisis yet. The global economy will not see any significant improvement in 2013 compared with 2012.
