在计时类项目运动中,速度节奏的波动并非随机产生,而存在着复杂的调节机制。回顾了速度节奏调节机制研究的发展过程,并对近期相关研究成果进行综述。速度节奏调节机制的发展始于对最佳节奏的探索。运动中速度节奏的产生并不是外周疲劳线性作用于运动肌群的表现,而是包括大脑在内的各生理系统,通过前馈和反馈作用,在运动经验、心理状态、距离预期、生理环境等之间建立复杂的联系,由中枢有意识和无意识协同调节的结果。未来研究需构建更加量化的速度节奏的中枢调节模型,并用以指导计时类运动项目的训练和比赛。
