随着人们生活水平的提高和社会交往活动的增加,人们对牙齿美容的要求越来越高。牙齿的形态、色泽直接影响人的美观。在我国,由于过去相当长一段时间滥用四环素的结果,使得四环素牙的发病率相当高,再加上我国不少地区饮水中和土壤中含氟量过高,致使我国氟斑牙的发病率也相当高,因而治疗四环素牙和氟斑牙是我国口腔医务工作者的一项长期而繁重的工作。自1994年3月～1995年12月,我们研制了一种适合患者家庭使用的漂白凝胶,对65例患者进行了家庭漂白治疗,有效率为92.3％,效果较为满意,现报道如下。
