People have poor understanding of the regulatory factors that regulate the level of inhibin in the blood circulation. Early rat experiments show that FSH and testosterone are involved in the regulation of statins. This article investigates the role of hCG in the regulation of human inhibin. Two groups of subjects, each group of five young, healthy men, aged 21 to 35 years. Group 1 as a control group, within two weeks of regular blood. Group 2 blood two times before treatment, and then intramuscularly 1000 IU hCG daily for 5 days. Blood samples were taken at 4, 8, and 12 hours after the first injection, and blood was taken a second day for 15 days. Serum FSH, testosterone and inhibin were measured by radioimmunoassay. The results showed that: the control group 15-day statin and FSH no significant change, while the serum testosterone levels were significantly fluctuated between 4 ~ 8ng / ml. Serum testosterone was basal 24 hours after hCG injection
