目的:对肺结核患者营养风险状况进行筛查,以分析影响肺结核患者营养风险的危险因素。方法:选取2012年1月-2014年12月诸暨市人民医院收治的肺结核患者68例作为研究对象,采用营养风险筛查(NRS-2000)量表对所有患者的营养风险状况进行测量,同时对所有患者的临床资料进行收集统计,分析影响肺结核患者营养风险的危险因素。结果:68例患者营养风险评估得分平均为(3.11±1.54)分,其中49例患者NRS 2002评分≥3分,占72.1%。经单因素分析,患者年龄、职业、患病时间、临床表现状况、合并症状况、付费方式及睡眠、抑郁得分是影响肺结核患者营养风险的相关因素;经多元线性回归分析,影响肺结核患者营养风险的危险因素包括患者年龄、患病时间、临床表现状况及合并症状况。结论:肺结核患者营养风险的发生率较高,其中患者年龄、患病时间、临床表现状况及合并症状况等是影响肺结核患者营养风险的危险因素,临床上应加强对肺结核患者营养风险情况的关注,采取相应的措施以降低其发生率。
Objective: To screen the nutritional status of patients with tuberculosis to analyze the risk factors that affect the nutrition risk of patients with tuberculosis. Methods: Sixty-eight patients with tuberculosis who were admitted to Zhuji People’s Hospital from January 2012 to December 2014 were enrolled in this study. Nutritional risk screening (NRS-2000) scale was used to measure the nutritional risk of all patients. The clinical data of all patients were collected and analyzed to analyze the risk factors affecting the nutritional risk of tuberculosis patients. Results: The average score of nutrition risk assessment in 68 patients was (3.11 ± 1.54) points, of which 49 patients had NRS 2002 score ≥3, accounting for 72.1%. Univariate analysis showed that patients’ age, occupation, duration of illness, clinical manifestations, comorbid conditions, payment methods, sleep and depression scores were the related factors that affected the nutritional risk of tuberculosis patients. By multivariate linear regression analysis, the nutritional risk of tuberculosis patients The risk factors include the patient’s age, duration of illness, clinical manifestations and comorbid conditions. Conclusions: The incidence of nutritional risk in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis is high, among which patients’ age, prevalence, clinical manifestations and comorbidities are the risk factors influencing nutritional risk in patients with tuberculosis. Clinicians should pay more attention to nutritional risk in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis , Take appropriate measures to reduce its incidence.
