用负反馈扩展频带是目前国内外广泛采用的、行之有效的办法。在研制微波调相器的调制相加器时发现,用本文提出的感性有源可变调制相加器是扩展频带的另一有效办法。就增益带宽积而论,后者比前者大得多。 本文提出的调制相加器,就带宽、无失真输出电压和对组合波的抑制而言,比美国Motorola公司研制的Goddard跟踪系统的指标高得多。用流图理论详细地分析了它的性能,并得出了一系列有用的公式。理论分析和实验曲线相当吻合。整个电路比较简单,并能在—40—+85℃温度范围内稳定可靠地工作。
Extending the frequency band with negative feedback is widely used and effective measures at home and abroad. In the development of the microwave phase modulator modulation adder, we find that the proposed active variable modulation adder is another effective way to extend the frequency band. In terms of gain-bandwidth product, the latter is much larger than the former. The modulation adder proposed in this paper is much higher than the Goddard tracking system developed by Motorola of the United States in terms of bandwidth, distortion-free output voltage and suppression of the combined wave. Its performance is analyzed in detail by using the theory of flow graph, and a series of useful formulas are obtained. Theoretical analysis and experimental curve quite consistent. The entire circuit is relatively simple, and can be in the -40 - +85 ℃ temperature range stable and reliable work.
