GCr15轴承钢经热处理后各物相定量测定对材料组织控制颇为重要。本文采用穆斯堡尔谱术,结合化学分析、X射线衍射开展了各物相定量分析研究。作者认为:对于大多数钢铁材料,利用穆斯堡尔谱术进行物相分析比X射线衍射更为灵敏。
GCr15 bearing steel after heat treatment of each phase quantitative determination of the material and organizational control is quite important. In this paper, Mossbauer spectroscopy, combined with chemical analysis, X-ray diffraction to carry out quantitative analysis of the various phases. The authors conclude that phase analysis using Mössbauer spectroscopy is more sensitive than X-ray diffraction for most steel materials.
