目的:建立蓝芩口服液中有效成分黄芩苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱条件:Luna C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水-磷酸(45:55:0.2);检测波长:280 nm;流速1.0 ml·min~(-1);柱温:30℃。结果:黄芩苷在0.8432~8.432μg范围线性关系良好,黄芩苷的平均回收率为97.16%,RSD为2.22%(n=6)。结论:本方法简便、快速,精密度和稳定性良好,可用于蓝芩口服液中有效成分黄芩苷的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of baicalin, an effective ingredient in Lanqi Oral Liquid. METHODS: High performance liquid chromatography was used and the chromatographic conditions were as follows: Luna C 18 (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was methanol-water-phosphoric acid (45:55:0.2). The detection wavelength was 280 nm. 1.0 ml·min~(-1); column temperature: 30°C. Results: The baicalin has a good linearity in the range of 0.8432~8.432μg. The average recovery rate of baicalin is 97.16% and the RSD is 2.22% (n=6). Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, and has good precision and stability. It can be used for the determination of baicalin, the active ingredient in Lanqi Oral Liquid.
