本文以40升玻璃钢气瓶为例,(i)利用“网格分析”的结果公式进行了强度和变形的具体设计计算;(ii)利用正交各向异性壳体的结果公式求出了筒体与封头连接处附近的不连续应力和变形分布,从而找到了应力和变形的最大值及其部位;(iii)利用铺层应力分析对筒体和封头最大应力值截面进行了各向异性校核计算,从而求出了各方向铺层上平行于纤维方向和垂直于纤维方向上的正应力和剪应力.
In this paper, a 40-liter FRP cylinder is taken as an example. (I) The concrete design calculation of strength and deformation is carried out by using the result formula of “grid analysis”. (Ii) Using the formula of the orthogonal anisotropic shell, The maximum stress and deformation and its location are found by the discontinuous stress and deformation distribution near the junction of the body and the head; (iii) The calculation of the heterosexuality is carried out, and the normal stress and the shear stress parallel to the fiber direction and perpendicular to the fiber direction in each direction are obtained.
