目的比较喉罩复合七氟醚吸入麻醉与异丙酚复合氯胺酮麻醉在治疗小儿短小手术中的效果。方法选取常州市第一人民医院接受小儿先天性心脏病手术治疗的50例患儿分为两组,每组25例,分别是治疗组和对照组。其中治疗组采用喉罩复合吸入七氟醚的麻醉方法,是在患儿通过呼吸罩吸入6%的七氟烷,待下巴自然松弛时,根据患儿的身体特征选用合适患儿的喉罩,之后将七氟烷维持在2%左右;而对照组则是采用先肌肉注射氯胺酮7 mg/kg,后静脉注射异丙酚7 mg/(kg·h)和氯胺酮2 mg/(kg·h)的方式麻醉。然后记录下患儿在手术过程中的心率,平均动静脉血压和血液氧饱和度,并在手术结束后记录下患儿苏醒的时间。结果治疗组和对照组患儿在接受手术时特征均很平稳,从所得数据上可以看出,治疗组在手术中和手术后的数据均低于对照组,且手术后的苏醒时间也比对照组要短,且药物副作用低。结论在针对小儿短小手术时采用喉罩复合七氟烷吸入的麻醉方式的效果较好,且副作用小,恢复快,是值得推广到临床实践中去的一种方法。

Conclusions Anesthesia with laryngeal mask and sevoflurane inhalation during short-term operation in children is effective and has few side effects and rapid recovery. It is worth to be extended to clinical practice.
