今年,我局经济效益出现了从未有过的好势头。1至8月与去年同期相比,业务收入增长56.78%,收支差额增长396.12%,利润已完成全年计划,通信质量稳定提高率达到95.45%。要问我们有何“诀窍”,那就是:顺应形势,勇于改革,敢于竞争。一、在实践中深化改革一年多来,我局主要进行了以下改革:1、改革机构,使政令畅通。本着精干、效能和便于指挥的原则,改三股一室为两股一室,即将邮政股和电信股合为业务股,撤销检查股,从办公室分设计供股。建立以局长为中心的三个指挥系统,实行集体办公、三级指挥、逐级负责。针对分支机构点多、面广的情况,集零为整,改条为块,将全县16个支局所按地理条件、邮件经转和邮路、电路幅射状况设置
