近几年大中城市被内涝灾害困扰,海绵城市建设势在必行。海绵城市“渗、滞、蓄、净、用、排”的建设理念与水土保持雨洪利用的理念相似,雨洪利用措施既可以有效缓解城市内涝,又可以缓解城市用水紧张状况。以房山区阜盛东街新建道路为例,结合海绵城市建设和城市水土保持的要求,探讨了雨洪利用措施设计,并对其效益进行了评价,以期为后期城市道路建设提供参考。
Large and medium-sized cities in recent years plagued by waterlogging disaster, sponge city construction is imperative. The construction concept of sponge city “seepage, stagnation, storage, net, use and drainage ” is similar to the concept of soil and water conservation and rainwater utilization. Rainfall and flood utilization measures can effectively alleviate urban waterlogging and relieve urban water shortage. Taking the new road of FuShin East Street in Fangshan District as an example, this paper discusses the design of rain-flood utilization measures combining with the requirements of sponge city construction and urban soil and water conservation, and evaluates its benefits to provide reference for urban road construction in later period.
