2013年7月4日,四川石棉县回隆乡朱扎沟因受暴雨袭击而暴发泥石流,泥石流冲出固体物质跨过沟口乡村公路并汇入到竹马河中。造成沟口的乡村公路阻断;竹马河堵塞,幸好及时疏通,未造成溃坝洪水等次生灾害。朱扎沟此次为低频率、中型、暴雨沟谷型泥石流。通过在朱扎沟区域的地质环境背景和成灾条件基础上,分析了朱扎沟泥石流的形成机理和起动形式:朱扎沟泥石流是由于沟内丰富的松散物源、提供动力条件的有利地形、不同物源转化补给以及强降雨下激发的沟床起动型泥石流。同时,运用张金山泥石流堵河经验判别式对朱扎沟泥石流进行判别,朱扎沟泥石流堵塞竹马河可能性较大。区域内植被覆盖茂盛,但泥石流形成条件充足,必须进行有效监测和治理。

At the same time, using the discriminant of Zhang Jinshan’s debris flow blocking river to discriminate the debris flow in Zhuzhagou, Zhuzhaogou debris flow is more likely to block the Zhuma River. Vegetation in the area is flourishing, but the conditions for the formation of debris flow are sufficient and monitoring and treatment must be carried out effectively.
