目的研究去甲肾上腺素对人咽鳞状细胞癌细胞系FaDu增殖、侵袭及迁移等细胞生物学行为的影响。方法分别采用MTT实验、Transwell细胞侵袭及迁移实验和划痕实验检测不同浓度去甲肾上腺素对人咽鳞状细胞癌细胞系FaDu增殖、侵袭及迁移能力的影响,同时观察普萘洛尔预处理对去甲肾上腺素作用的干预效果。结果 MTT实验、Transwell实验和划痕实验结果表明浓度为10μmo/L的去甲肾上腺素可以显著促进人咽鳞状细胞癌细胞系FaDu的增殖、侵袭及迁移(P<0.001),而浓度为1μmol/L的普萘洛尔预处理可以有效抑制去甲肾上腺素对人咽鳞状细胞癌细胞系FaDu增殖、侵袭及迁移的促进作用(P<0.001)。结论去甲肾上腺素对人咽鳞状细胞癌细胞系FaDu的增殖、侵袭及迁移有促进作用,而非选择性β肾上腺素能受体阻断剂普萘洛尔可以抑制该促进作用。
Objective To study the effects of norepinephrine on the biological behavior of human pharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma cell line FaDu such as proliferation, invasion and migration. Conclusion Noradrenaline promotes the proliferation, invasion and migration of human pharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma cell line FaDu, while propranolol, a non-selective β-adrenergic receptor blocker, can inhibit this effect.
