本文突破传统仅依靠经验进行施工管理的模式,结合项目管理中进度优化和控制的相关理论知识,通过关键路径法、数学建模、LINGO软件等先进技术和方法,对人力资源有限的道路工程施工项目以及施工进度进行优化,解决了当前施工过程中人力资源有限的情况下,最大程度减少项目成本和确保施工工期,为工程技术人员、管理人员和决策人员提供科学的理论分析方法和先进的技术手段。借助现代计算机技术,推动公路工程施工组织设计和建设管理向更科学、更系统、更现代的方向发展。
