OBJECTIVE: To investigate the signs and causes of X-ray findings of two different types of bone injuries by examining skeletal X-ray findings of patients with endemic and endemic fluorosis. Methods Sixty cases of industrial fluorosis in a large aluminum factory in Hubei Province and 39 cases of fluorosis in a endemic fluorosis area in Hubei Province were selected. The general situation, past history and prevalence of the disease were studied by questionnaire. Biological samples, and its forearm Orthotopic X-ray detection, the use of SPSS18.0 statistical software for statistical analysis of the data. Results The blood fluoride and urinary fluoride in patients with industrial fluorosis were significantly higher than those in endemic patients with fluorosis (P <0.05). The clinical manifestations of industrial fluorosis patients were mild with joint pain and stiffness as main symptoms, while those with endemic fluorosis Of the clinical manifestations of relatively heavy, limited mobility of the limbs and limbs showed slight deformation; industrial fluorosis in patients with skeletal X-ray sclerotherapy and perioperative ossification-based, loose softened less, endemic patients with fluorosis There were significant differences between the three types (P <0.01). In the X-ray classification, the industrial fluorosis bone damage was mainly early and mild with no severe degree, while the local fluorosis bone injury was relatively Heavier, the two types of difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusions There are some differences in X-ray findings between the two different types of fluorosis bone lesions. There is a slight osteosclerosis and peri-osteogenic lesions in industrial fluoride-induced bone lesions, and mixed lesions are more common in endemic fluorosis lesions.
