幼师是专业教育工作者,是引导和保障幼儿学习知识与开展活动、负责幼儿启蒙教育的重要力量,其言行举止对幼儿影响重大。因此,重视幼师专业学生职业素养和道德品质的培养,是实现幼儿身心健康、全面发展的关键。本文以职业素养对幼师专业学生的影响为切入点,探讨了幼师专业学生职业素养的培养思路,以期不断优化幼师专业人才培养模式,为全面提高幼师专业学生职业素养提供有益参考。
Kindergarten teacher is a professional educator, is to guide and protect children learning knowledge and carry out activities, is responsible for early childhood education, an important force, its demeanor of great influence on children. Therefore, attaching importance to the cultivation of professional and moral qualities of kindergarten majors is the key to realizing the healthy and comprehensive development of kindergarten children. In this paper, the impact of occupational attainment on kindergarten majors is explored, and the train of thought on kindergarten majors ’vocational qualities is explored in order to continuously optimize kindergarten majors’ training model and provide useful reference for improving kindergarten majors comprehensively.
