企业在制定竞争策略时,应根据所处地区市场的类型和特点来衡量竞争策略。经济学理论将市场结构分为四种基本类型,其中完全竞争市场是一种极端,垄断市场是另一种极端。极端不会是普遍存在的状况。现实中的市场大多介于这两种极端之间。也就是说,绝大多数市场是既有竞争,又有垄断;既不是完全竞争,又不是完全垄断,称之为不完全竞争市场。根据市场的垄断程度,不完全竞争市场又分为垄断竞争
Enterprises in the development of competitive strategy, should be based on the type of market and the characteristics of the region to measure competitive strategy.
