患者女性,21岁,一年前患者左耳前出现一枣样大小之包块,无痛缓慢生长。曾在当地医院行抗炎治疗无效。因肿物长大,来我院就诊,门诊以“左腮腺混合瘤”收入院。 全耳检查无明显异常,专科检查左耳屏前可触及一约3cm×3cm之圆形包块,质地中等,边界清楚,表面光滑,活动度差。开口度正常,口腔粘膜及牙齿无明显异常,颌下淋巴结未触及。 手术发现:术中见肿瘤呈褐绿色,无包膜,表面与颧骨粘连,深达颞下颌关节窝。术中所见证实其来源与腮腺无关。将肿瘤摘除后送病理检查,病理报告:镜下见瘤细胞呈圆形、椭圆形或梭形,染色质呈 Patient Female, 21 years old, a year before the left ear appeared a jujube-like mass, painless and slow growth.
