为了提高杏鲍菇菌丝产量,采用液体发酵法研究了碳源和氮源对杏鲍菇菌丝生物量的影响。通过单因素实验和正交实验得到最佳组合为淀粉10.0 g·L-1、牛肉膏10.0 g·L-1、葱油15.0 g·L-1,优化后的菌丝产量比优化前提高了1.3倍。其中,葱油和牛肉膏浓度是促进杏鲍菇菌丝生长的重要因素。杏鲍菇菌丝发酵过程分析表明,菌丝能迅速利用葱油,生物量显著提高,pH先降后升。优化后的培养基更适合菌丝生长。
In order to improve the mycelial yield of Pleurotus eryngii, liquid fermentation was used to study the effects of carbon and nitrogen sources on the mycelial biomass of Pleurotus eryngii. The optimal combinations of starch, 10.0 g · L-1 starch, 10.0 g · L-1 beef extract and 15.0 g · L-1 scallion oil were obtained by single factor experiments and orthogonal experiments. The optimized mycelial yield was higher than that before optimization 1.3 times. Among them, the scallion oil and beef extract concentration is an important factor to promote the growth of Pleurotus eryngii mycelium. Pleurotus eryngii mycelium fermentation process analysis showed that mycelium can quickly use scallion oil, significantly increased biomass, pH first and then decreased. Optimized medium is more suitable for mycelial growth.
