《幼儿园工作规程(试行)》颁布实施6年来,我国幼儿教育的改革步伐不断加快,在教育思想、教育行为、教育方法和教育内容上都取得了突破性的进展。但是,在种种因素的影响下,认识与行为背离,理论与实践脱节的现象仍不时出现,在有些幼儿园中,甚至出现削弱常规工作,把好经验、好传统丢掉的现象。这不能不引起我们的高度重视。下面仅就我个人调查了解到的情况谈几点想法。一、必须高度重视幼儿良好习惯的培养五六十年代,在培养幼儿的文明习惯、学习习惯和卫生习惯等方面,我国幼教界有一套成功的经验和做法。现在,我们提倡给孩子更多的自由,强调让孩子生动活泼、主动地发展,这并不等于不要坚持常规、不要
