我园是一所镇中心幼儿园,保育员大多是从近年来下岗职工中招聘的,均未受过专业培训。由于保育工作责任重、要求高、工作苦,而待遇又偏低,一些保育员胜任不了,不要干了,往往中途走人,另谋职业。造成保育员队伍不稳定,保育工作难管理的现象。为了使新上岗的保育员尽快地熟悉业务,我园根据《幼儿园工作规程》精神,结合实际情况,编写并试用了《保育工作手册》。《保育工作手册》内容包括: 1.幼教工作人员的职业道德规范 2.保育员的职责 3.保育工作制度
