针对平顶山十二矿己15煤层的地层条件,基于弹性力学和岩石破裂损伤理论,利用大型有限差分软件FLAC 3D模拟分析了上保护层开采过程中,被保护层水平变形特征及层厚变化规律.得出己15煤层最大膨胀变形量接近1.4%,确定了被保护层受保护范围为走向方向内错5~7 m,倾斜方向内错4~6 m.并将数值模拟结果与现场实际测定数据进行对比分析,两者基本吻合.研究结果对十二矿防治煤与瓦斯突出具有重大的理论意义和现实意义,也对类似矿井区域防治煤与瓦斯突出具有很大的借鉴意义.
According to the stratigraphic conditions of No.15 coal seam in Pingdingshan No.2 Mine, based on the theory of elasticity and rock failure, the finite element software FLAC 3D was used to simulate the horizontal deformation and thickness variation of the overburden during the process of upper protective layer mining. It is found that the maximum expansion and deformation amount of the 15 coal seam is close to 1.4%, and it is determined that the protective range of the protected layer is 5 ~ 7m in the direction of the fault and 4 ~ 6m in the slope direction. The numerical simulation results are compared with the actual measured data The results are of great theoretical and practical significance for prevention and control of coal and gas outburst in No.12 Mine and also have great reference significance for prevention and control of coal and gas outburst in similar mine areas.
