目的:观察针刺治疗化疗所致周围神经病的临床疗效,并探讨其治疗机理。方法:接受化疗后出现周围神经病的75例恶性肿瘤患者分成针刺组和西药组。针刺组36例,以通络活血、疏经散寒、祛风化湿、扶正祛邪为治则,取合谷、曲池、足三里等穴位针刺;西药组39例,给予肌肉注射B族维生素。同时观察两组疗效。结果:针刺组总有效率83.33%,西药组总有效率51.28%,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P=0.003)。结论:针刺治疗CIPN,对轻中度感觉障碍显效较快,操作方便、无毒副作用,具有较好的应用前景。 Objective: To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture on chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy and to explore its therapeutic mechanism.
