研究红藻鸭毛藻的化学成分。采用溶剂提取和色谱分离技术进行化学成分分离,根据质谱和波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。从鸭毛藻提取物中分离得到17个化合物,分别鉴定为胆甾醇(1),3β,5β-二羟基-B-胆甾烷-6β-甲醛(2),6β-羟基-胆甾-4-烯-3-酮(3),1-O-肉豆蔻酰基-3-O-(6′-硫代-α-D-脱氧吡喃葡萄糖基)甘油(4),1-O-棕榈酰基-3-O-(6′-硫代-α-D-脱氧吡喃葡萄糖基)甘油(5),1-O-棕榈酰基-3-O-[α-D-吡喃半乳糖基(1→6)β-D-吡喃半乳糖基]甘油(6),1-O-棕榈酰基-3-O-β-D-吡喃半乳糖基甘油(7),棕榈酸甲酯(8),硬脂酸甲酯(9),棕榈酸(10),顺式乌头酸-γ-正丁酯(11),顺式乌头酸-α-正丁酯(12),苯乙胺(13),3,5-二溴-L-酪氨酸(14),异戊胺(15),焦谷氨酸甲酯(16),焦谷氨酸正丁酯(17)。化合物1~17均首次从鸭毛藻属中分离得到,化合物7具有一定的醛糖还原酶抑制活性。
Study on the chemical composition of red algae. The chemical constituents were separated by solvent extraction and chromatographic separation, and the structures of compounds were identified by mass spectrometry and spectral data. Seventeen compounds were isolated from the extracts of the duck algae and identified as cholesterol (1), 3β, 5β-dihydroxy-B-cholestan-6β-formaldehyde (2), 6β-hydroxy-cholesta- 1-O-myristoyl-3-O- (6’-thio-α-D-deoxyglucopyranosyl) glycerol (4) -3-O- (6’-thio-α-D-glucopyranosyl) glycerol (5) → 6) β-D-galactopyranosylglycerol (6), 1-O-palmitoyl-3-O-β-D-galactopyranosylglycerol , Methyl stearate (9), palmitic acid (10), cis-aconitate-γ-n-butyl ester (11) 13), 3,5-dibromo-L-tyrosine (14), isoamylamine (15), pyroglutamate (16) and n-butyl pyroglutamate (17). Compounds 1 to 17 were isolated from the genus Duck alga for the first time, and compound 7 had some aldose reductase inhibitory activity.
