硅铝比是关系到分子筛的组成、结构和性能的一项重要参数。用化学法测硅铝比,一般先用重量法测 SiO_2含量,用络合滴定法测 Al_2O_3含量,然后计算出硅铝比值。对于硅铝比较高的分子筛来说,由于耐酸性强,含铝量低,采用此法测定,手续比较复杂,误差也比较大。我们参考玻璃中 SiO_2含量的测定和合金钢中 Al 含量的测定,采用氟离子选择性电极测定 ZSM-5分子筛的硅铝比,取得了较好的效果。
Si-Al ratio is related to the molecular sieve composition, structure and properties of an important parameter. The chemical method to determine the ratio of silicon and aluminum, the general first gravimetric method to measure the content of SiO_2, with complexometric titration Al_2O_3 content, and then calculate the ratio of silicon. For the high molecular sieve silicon aluminum, because of acid resistance, low aluminum content, the use of this method, the procedure is more complicated, the error is relatively large. With reference to the determination of SiO 2 content in glass and the determination of Al content in alloy steel, we determined the Si / Al ratio of ZSM-5 molecular sieve by using fluoride ion selective electrode and achieved good results.
