短跑技术的演变和发展经历了一个漫长的过程,其技术特点的变化与人们对短跑动力的认识是分不开的。“短跑途中跑的动力来源问题,是多年来一直争论不休的热点问题,如果搞不清动力来源之所在,在训练中就不可能有针对性地采用最为有效的方法和手段”。由于短跑是一个周期性运动项目,任何一个技术环节的错误或缺陷在比赛中都会被重复几十次,这样技术环节上的每一小点进步都会在比赛中取得比预想更加显著的效果,这也许正是提高我国短跑水平的关键,所以对短跑途中跑动力来源进行分析,以建立最经济实效的跑动技术,有着极为重要的意义。

Therefore, it is very important to analyze the source of running sprint on the way to establish the most economical and effective running technology.
