目的:建立空气中甲苯二异氰酸酯两种异构体同时测定的高效液相色谱法。方法:用10%乙酸溶液采集空气中甲苯2,4-二异氰酸酯和甲苯2,6-二异氰酸酯,高效液相色谱法测定。结果:本法采样效率≥97%,在0μg/ml~100μg/ml范围内,线性关系良好;方法检出限0.015 mg/m3。吸收液中甲苯二异氰酸酯测定值为0.44μg/ml~10.3μg/ml,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.3%~6.6%;回收率为88.0%~103%。结论:本法采样和衍生反应同时进行,操作简单、环保,反应产物稳定;测定空气中甲苯二异氰酸酯异构体灵敏、准确。
Objective: To establish a simultaneous determination of two isomers of toluene diisocyanate in air by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods: Toluene 2,4-diisocyanate and toluene 2,6-diisocyanate were collected in air with 10% acetic acid solution and determined by high performance liquid chromatography. Results: The sampling efficiency of this method was ≥97%. The linearity was good in the range of 0μg / ml ~ 100μg / ml. The detection limit was 0.015 mg / m3. The measured value of toluene diisocyanate in the absorption solution was 0.44μg / ml ~ 10.3μg / ml, the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 2.3% ~ 6.6%, and the recovery was 88.0% ~ 103%. Conclusion: The method of sampling and derivatization simultaneously, simple operation, environmental protection, the reaction product is stable; Determination of air toluene diisocyanate isomers sensitive and accurate.
