[目的]建立分光光度法测定树舌中总三萜酸的方法。[方法]以齐墩果酸为对照品,5%香草醛-冰乙酸溶液、高氯酸为显色系统,采用分光光度法在545 nm波长处测定样品吸光度。[结果]齐墩果酸在40~240 mg范围内,线性关系良好,其回归方程为Y=0.7173 X-0.1299,r=0.9992。[结论]该方法操作简便,结果稳定,重现性好,可以应用于树舌灵芝及其相关产品的质量评估。
[Objective] The research aimed to establish a spectrophotometric method for determination of total triterpene in tree trunks. [Method] With oleanolic acid as reference substance, 5% vanillin - glacial acetic acid solution and perchloric acid as chromogenic system, the absorbance of sample was measured by spectrophotometry at the wavelength of 545 nm. [Result] Oleanolic acid had a good linearity in the range of 40-240 mg. The regression equation was Y = 0.7173 X-0.1299, r = 0.9992. [Conclusion] The method was simple, stable, reproducible and could be applied to the quality assessment of Ganoderma lucidum and its related products.
