随着我国教育的不断深化改革,新课程标准对中学提出了更高的要求,教师不仅要传授学生知识,更要对学生进行全方面的培养。班级是学生在校期间的主要活动场所,班级对学生的发展有着重要的影响,因此,中学教师提高对了班级管理的重视程度。教师为了更好地开展班级管理工作,在管理过程中遵循了以人为本的原则,并取得了显著的效果。因此,本文从以人为本的角度出发,对中学教师班级管理的有效性进行了深入地分析,并阐述了自己的建议,希望可以为中学教师更好地开展班级管理工作提供一点帮助。
With the continuous deepening of education reform in our country, the new curriculum standards have set higher requirements for secondary schools. Teachers not only impart knowledge to students, but also train students in all aspects. Class is the main venue for students during school. Class has an important impact on the development of students. Therefore, secondary school teachers pay more attention to class management. Teachers in order to better carry out class management, in the management process to follow the principle of people-oriented, and achieved remarkable results. Therefore, from the perspective of people-oriented, this paper analyzes in depth the effectiveness of class-teacher management in middle school and elaborates its own suggestions in the hope of providing some help to middle school teachers in carrying out class management.
