根据某企业以红土镍矿为高炉配矿,因此铁水、钢水中含镍铬元素的特点,提出充分利用镍、铬元素的强化作用开发HRB400E级高强抗震钢筋的研究思路。通过实验室试验,研究了在20Mn Si的基体上镍、铬元素的作用规律,优化了钢筋中的镍、铬质量分数。开发的HRB400E级含镍、铬钢筋,镍、铬元素质量分数均为0.2%,力学性能完全满足国家标准的要求,并且无需添加铌(钒)等其他微合金元素。
According to a company with lateritic nickel ore as a blast furnace ore, so the hot metal, molten steel containing nickel and chromium elements, put forward to make full use of nickel and chromium strengthening role in the development of HRB400E high-strength seismic reinforcing steel research ideas. Through laboratory experiments, the law of the action of nickel and chromium on 20Mn Si matrix was studied, and the nickel and chromium contents in the steel were optimized. Developed HRB400E grade nickel, chromium steel, nickel, chromium content of 0.2% mass fraction, the mechanical properties fully meet the requirements of national standards, and without adding niobium (vanadium) and other microalloying elements.
