我社一百八十二名民办教师绝大部分既未受过师范教育,又缺乏具体的教学经验,所以他们的实际水平较差。为了解决这一问题,我们根据上级指示精神,成立了公社教师业余进修学校,由公社党委分工抓教育的副书记任校长,组织了一百零八名教师参加中师函授学习,二十二名教师参加高师函授学习。每次中师面授上课时,我们要求非学员也参加听课。除此,我们还按片建立了教学辅导区,组织教师在职进修,定期进行集体备课,要求每个公办教师要带好四个民办教师,教他们学会备课、写教案、上课、改作业。在学期初我们举办教材研
The vast majority of the 182 civilian-funded teachers in our society have neither received teacher education nor specific teaching experience, so their actual level is poor.
