目的探讨高效液相色谱(HPLC)法同时测定口疳吹药中苦参碱和氧化苦参碱含量的可行性。方法采用HPLC法同时测定口疳吹药中苦参碱和氧化苦参碱含量。结果苦参碱和氧化苦参碱质量浓度分别在5.15~103.00μg/ml(r=0.9997)、4.87~97.40μg/ml(r=0.9999)时与其峰面积呈良好线性关系;苦参碱和氧化苦参碱的平均加样回收率分别为98.11%、99.09%,相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为1.50%、0.96%。结论 HPLC法快速、灵敏、准确,可作为口疳吹药中苦参碱和氧化苦参碱含量测定的标准方法。
Objective To investigate the feasibility of simultaneous determination of matrine and oxymatrine in mouth 疳 blowing by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Methods Simultaneous determination of matrine and oxymatrine in mouth 疳 blowing drugs by HPLC method. Results The concentrations of matrine and oxymatrine showed a good linear relationship with their peak areas at 5.15-103.00μg / ml (r = 0.9997) and 4.87-97.40μg / ml (r = 0.9999) The average recoveries of matrine were 98.11% and 99.09%, respectively. The relative standard deviations (RSDs) were 1.50% and 0.96%, respectively. Conclusion The HPLC method is rapid, sensitive and accurate and can be used as a standard method for the determination of matrine and oxymatrine in puffs.
