为确定预应力碳纤维板加固中的某些关键设计指标、计算系数,基于国内外规范及最新研究成果,讨论并提出了适用于预应力纤维复合材料加固的参数取值方法;为确定加固设计中的预应力碳纤维板用量及有效预应力,结合碳纤维片材锚固体系及施工工艺的特点,研究并提出了预应力碳纤维板各项预应力损失的计算方法。最后,以某钢筋混凝土简支梁桥加固工程为例,检验了所提出的参数取值及损失计算方法的可行性和可靠性。
In order to determine some key design indexes of prestressed carbon fiber reinforced board and calculate the coefficients, based on the domestic and international norms and the latest research results, the method of parameter values suitable for the reinforcement of prestressed fiber composite materials is discussed and put forward. In order to confirm the reinforcement design The amount of prestressed carbon fiber board and the effective prestress, combined with the carbon fiber sheet anchoring system and the characteristics of the construction process, studied and proposed prestressed carbon fiber prestress loss calculation method. Finally, taking a reinforced concrete simply supported beam bridge strengthening project as an example, the feasibility and reliability of the proposed parameter values and loss calculation methods are tested.
