为了研究益母草提取物对蛋鸡生产性能和蛋品质的影响,试验选取645日龄的海兰灰蛋鸡270只,随机分为6组(1,2,3,4,5,6组),每组3个重复,每个重复15只鸡,分别在基础日粮中添加0、0.7%、0.9%、1.1%、1.3%和1.5%益母草提取物。结果表明:添加益母草提取物后,产蛋率、平均蛋重、哈氏单位和蛋壳厚度都有一定程度的增加,日采食量和料蛋比有一定程度的降低;添加1.1%益母草提取物时产蛋率最高,显著高于1组(P<0.05),料蛋比显著低于1组(P<0.05),添加1.5%益母草提取物哈氏单位和蛋壳颜色最高,分别与1组和4组之间差异显著(P<0.05);添加0.9%益母草提取物蛋壳厚度和蛋壳强度最高,显著高于1组(P<0.05);各处理组间蛋形指数差异不显著(P>0.05)。综合以上结果且考虑到经济效益,最适益母草提取物的添加剂量为0.9%。
In order to study the effects of Herba Leonurus extract on the performance and egg quality of laying hens, 270 Hyland-Egg laying hens (645 days old) were randomly divided into 6 groups (1,2,3,4,5,6) Three replicates per group, 15 chickens per replicate, supplemented with 0, 0.7%, 0.9%, 1.1%, 1.3% and 1.5% Motherwort Extract respectively. The results showed that the egg yield, the average egg weight, the Haugh unit and the shell thickness increased to a certain extent after the motherwort extract was added, while the daily feed intake and the ratio of feed to egg decreased to a certain extent. The addition of 1.1% Motherwort extract (P <0.05), and the ratio of material to egg was significantly lower than that of group 1 (P <0.05). The color of Hake’s unit and egg shell with 1.5% of Motherwort extract was the highest, with 1 (P <0.05). The thickness of the shell and the shell of eggshell with 0.9% Motherwort extract were the highest, which were significantly higher than those of the control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the egg shape index (P> 0.05). Based on the above results and considering the economic benefits, the optimal dose of Motherwort Extract is 0.9%.
