研究了悬浊液制备结合全反射X射线荧光光谱(TXRF)分析测量水系沉积物中常量和微量元素的可行性。选择超纯水作为分散剂,将一定颗粒粒度分布(50~74μm)的水系沉积物样品先制备成合适质量浓度(10~20 mg/mL)的悬浊液,接着将其滴涂、干燥在玻璃基板上,然后通过TXRF分析测量样品中部分常量和微量元素是切实可行的。方法不仅具有与微波消解结合TXRF分析相一致的元素回收率和测量准确度,而且具有操作简单、耗时少、避免使用强酸和减少污染等优点。
The feasibility of the suspension preparation combined with total reflection X-ray fluorescence spectrometry (TXRF) analysis for the determination of the constants and trace elements in aqueous sediments was studied. The ultrafine water was chosen as the dispersant. The aqueous sediment samples with a certain particle size distribution (50 ~ 74μm) were first prepared into a suspension of suitable mass concentration (10 ~ 20 mg / mL), then dripped and dried at Glass substrate, and then by TXRF analysis of the sample to measure some of the constants and trace elements is feasible. The method not only has the same elemental recovery and measurement accuracy as the microwave digestion and TXRF analysis, but also has the advantages of simple operation, less time consuming, avoiding the use of strong acids and reducing pollution.
