Objective To understand the sexual behavior and its influencing factors of HIV / AIDS patients (HIV / AIDS cases) of heterosexual transmission in Fujian Province. Methods HIV / AIDS cases newly diagnosed in some areas of Fujian Province were collected and interviewed by face-to-face questionnaire. The demographic information and sexual behavior information were collected after the diagnosis. The influencing factors of sexual behavior after diagnosis were analyzed by single factor and multivariate Logistic regression. Results A total of 148 HIV / AIDS cases were investigated, and 10.1% (15 cases) had one or more non-marital sexual behaviors. Among the married cases, 56.5% (48/85) of the cases still had sex with their spouses , Condom was not used every time when having sexual intercourse with fixed heterosexual partners and spouses; 15.3% (13/85) infected persons did not inform their spouses after diagnosis, and 10.6% (9/85) spouses did not finish testing. Married at the age of 35 to 49 years old, samples from the custodial or key population, did not conduct CD4 T lymphocytes (CD4 cells for short) detection is the second generation risk factors for transmission of risk behavior; age <35 years, the sample From the key population, is the second generation risk of transmitting high-risk sexual behavior. Conclusions There are still some cases of HIV infection after the diagnosis of the existence of the risk of second-generation transmission, should strengthen the education of young and middle-aged patients to improve the proportion of CD4 cells to detect and strengthen spouses and partners with the initiative to inform and test the intervention skills.
