IEEE Spectrum 1981年10月刊登的《可靠性》(“Reliability”)一组文章是由该刊编辑部邀请罗姆航空研究中心、雷锡恩公司、国家航空和航天局、新泽西州工艺研究所、贝尔实验室以及空军等单位的作者撰写的综述性文章。全部内容共分八个部分:一、元器件如何失效,二、计算机如何失效,三、任务要求,四、可靠系统的设计与试验,五、军队的经验教训,六、国家航空和航天局的经验教训,七、浅谈明显的错误,八、质量控制。 这组文章题材广泛,并选用了一些有代表性的实例。内容通俗易懂,且全部文章有一定的系统性。为了在工程技术人员中间宣传和普及可靠性的一般知识,本刊将从本期起连续刊载这组文章。
A series of “Reliability” papers published by IEEE Spectrum in October 1981 were requested by the editorial office of the magazine to invite Roma Research Institute of Aeronautics, Raytheon Corporation, National Aeronautics and Space Administration, New Jersey Institute of Technology, Bell Labs and the Air Force and other units written by the author of the article. The whole content is divided into eight parts: First, how the failure of components, second, how the failure of the computer, three tasks, four, reliable system design and testing, five military experience and lessons, six, the National Aeronautics and Space Administration Lessons learned, seven, on the obvious mistakes, eight, quality control. This group of articles has a wide range of topics and selected some representative examples. Content is easy to understand, and all articles have some systematic. In order to promote and popularize the general knowledge of reliability among engineers and technicians, we will publish this series of articles continuously from this issue.
